Man Arrested in Triple Murder in Kilmichael, Mississippi

Montgomery County Sheriff Bubba Nix says authorities will criminally charge 40-year-old McCarley resident Odell Hallmon in shootings that left three dead and one injured.
The sheriff says Hallmon is accused of shooting and killing 32-year-old Marquita Hill and her 59-year-old mother, Carolyn Sanders, in Kilmichael and shooting and killing 32-year-old Kenneth Loggins near Winona. Officials say Hallmon and Hill have a son and Hallmon had been living with them until recently.
Nix says Hallmon allegedly shot Marcus Brown elsewhere in Kilmichael. Brown was taken to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. His cousin, Ty Young, says Brown is alert but in critical condition.
