‘Lost Biloxi’ Book Signing

A local author publishes a book to commemorate some of Biloxi’s historical landmarks. Edmond Boudreaux stopped by the Biloxi Visitors Center today to sign copies of his latest publication “Lost Biloxi.”
“Lost Biloxi” is a compilation of stories about the city’s historic structures that were destroyed or faded away over the years. Sixty of Biloxi’s 150 historical structures were lost in Hurricane Katrina.
Boudreaux tells News 25 his book allows readers to relive memories from those significant landmarks. “Because a lot of these structures were the fabric of our life that people saw everyday along the Gulf Coast. And were able to associate with it. And this gives them the opportunity to read the history, to look at them again.”
“Lost Biloxi” is available for $22 in the gift shop at the Biloxi Visitors Center, as well as local retailers and online bookstores.
