Long Beach Man Sentenced

A long beach man has been sentenced to, two years in prison after videotaping a partially nude massage therapy client.

“Matthew Pierce” was sentenced to five years in prison, but with three years suspended.

In 2014 pierce used his cell phone to secretly film a client getting dressed.

The victim discovered his phone, sent a copy of the video to herself, and turned it over to the police.

When officers retrieved the defendant’s phone, pierce had already deleted the video.

Pierce’s license has since been revoked and upon his release he will have to register as a sex offender for twenty five years.
