Long Beach man arrested and charged with one count of possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute

The Long Beach Police Department arrested 36-year-old Dustin M. Holmes, of Long Beach, and charged him with one count of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.

The arrest stems from an incident where Long Beach Police officers responded to a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Pineville Road and Rail Road Street. Upon further investigation the driver of the vehicle Dustin Holmes was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and through the investigation was found to be distributing those narcotics.

Holmes was transported to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center and incarcerated on a $50,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Brandon Ladner pending further court action.
