Local teen Hunter Paige helping to keep America fed during COVID-19 pandemic

Hunter Paige, a local teenager entrepreneur with a heart of gold, has gone above and beyond for strangers during the coronavirus pandemic.

Hunter Paige is a 16-year-old from Saucier. Around four years ago, he started his company Southern Country Jewels and Fashion. Hunter has gained an online following from the live shows he hosts on his company’s Facebook page and he has used all of his success to give back.

Hunter teamed up with Little Caesars Pizza to send free pizza to people who were struggling all across the United States.

Hunter has sent out over 80 pizzas to people in need. “What I did was I put up a platform on the website and I didn’t want to know who needed the pizza because it is not like I needed to know all of that information. I just worried about you getting the pizza. So, I put an anonymous form on the website and I told them to go put their address, no name, and that’s what we did. We went from there then I sent the pizza certificate to their address.”

If you would like to follow Hunter’s journey you can look up his page on Facebook by searching ‘Southern Country Jewels and Fashion.’
