Local Political Analysts Comment on State of the Union Address

Political analysts, Robert Hooks, a Democrat, and Republican, Howie Morgan, joined WXXV on set Tuesday night to weigh in on President Obama’s State of the Union Address. They were also with WXXV during the November elections.
