Latest on Moss Point mayor’s domestic violence case

Moss Point Mayor Mario King and his wife have yet to appear in court over a domestic violence case that surfaced months ago.
Mayor King and his wife, Natasha King, are both facing domestic violence and simple assault charges after an incident at their home last October.
The Kings were scheduled to appear in court this morning. Jackson County officials tell News 25 not every party involved was able to make the appearance so the court date has been pushed back.
No guilty pleas were made and a new court date has been set for March 15th.
