Katrina Remembered on the Coast
The impact of Hurricane Katrina will likely never be forgotten. On August 29th, 2005, the mother of all storms crashed onto the Coast, leaving most of the area leveled. Winds blew in excess of 125 miles per hour. Friday, memorial services were held in Biloxi, Waveland, and Pass Christian. News 25 will have reports Friday evening from both Alyssa Meisner and Toni Miles of Friday’s events at 5:30 p.m. on News 25 NBC.
