Juneteenth observance and Biloxi Wade-In Memorial Saturday in Biloxi

Saturday in Biloxi, a Juneteenth observance and a wade-in memorial, both longstanding annual city observances, will take place.

Juneteenth takes place at Beck Park on Division Street from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The wade-in memorial is at Lighthouse Park, west of the Biloxi Visitor’s Center at 5:30 p.m. followed by a teen walk to the beach.

City leaders are encouraging everyone to remember social distancing guidelines and to wear a face mask.
