Jeremy Mardis Funeral

Funeral for a six-year-old boy who was  fatally shot during a police pursuit in Louisiana will be held today. Family and friends say the funeral for Jeremy Mardis will be held at 1:30 pm this afternoon in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Six-year-old Jeremy was fatally wounded when two Marksville, Louisiana police officers were allegedly pursuing the vehicle of his father, Chris Few, Tuesday and opened fire on the SUV nearly half a dozen times. The two officers were arrested and face second degree murder charges and attempted murder charges. Louisiana state police are still investigating what led up to the shooting.
