Jackson-George Regional Library System returning to curbside services

The Jackson-George Library System is changing their services for the safety of their patrons.

After the state released an advisory about having gatherings inside, it was decided that they needed to reduce their service.

They’re now providing only curbside services and computer by appointment.

You can still access multiple library services online like the new Overdrive Library program which provides downloadable audio and e-books.

If you’re interested call the library and the staff can set you up. Library Director Lori Barns said, “The good news however is that we are now offering more flexibility with our curbside services. We’re offering these services, not only Monday through Friday, but also Saturday afternoon. So, we’re hoping that it’ll provide a little bit more flexibility to our patrons.”

The Jackson George Library System is excited to share with you their holiday programs as this year will be all virtual.
