Jackson County Fire Protection crews working 18-wheeler rollover
Jackson County, Miss. (WXXV)- Jackson County Fire Protection crews are currently working an accident involving an 18-wheeler rollover.
Independence Road in the Franklin Creek area is currently closed due to the incident.
The contents of the truck have been identified as gasoline and is not leaking. The gas will have to be offloaded, keeping the road closed for a few hours.
E3 Environmental is handling the transfer process.
The accident happened around 2:31 Wednesday morning. Franklin Creek Road to Patrick Henry Street can be used as a detour to get of Forts Lake Road.
