Honoring law enforcement in George County

GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)-The George County Sheriff’s Office is thanking Tim Hempstead for his care and maintenance of the law enforcement memorial outside of the courthouse.

He also takes time to decorate the memorial for the holidays, adding a respectful touch to honor all who served and gave their lives.

The memorial stands tribute to officers who were killed in the line of duty. Sheriff Mixon says the dedication by Tim ensures their memory is honored.
