Holiday Tea Party and Craft Fair

The Carnival Association of Long Beach pulled out all the stops over the weekend for one of its annual parties.

Saturday marked the association’s ‘Holiday Tea Party.’ Groups bought tables for the tea party and decorated them in personalized and unique themes.

Additionally, a craft vendor fair was added to the list of festivities this year, allowing people to get an early start on their holiday shopping in a local setting.

Incoming Carnival Queen Jennifer Glenn says the tea party is a way to give back to the community and area nonprofits. “We disperse all of the money that we raise throughout the season and we put that back into the community. We reinvest everything that we raise back. So, we definitely appreciate all the community support.”
