D’Iberville Middle School Teacher Lauren Williams said, “It’s so emotional, so many of us have shed tears today just watching these kids. We’ve had kids give up lunch money, snack money. They have dug deep into their pockets and into their hearts and given us everything that they’ve had today and we really appreciate that. The football teams can battle it out on the football field, but in the stands we want to let everybody know that we stand together all as one as a community.”
D’Iberville Middle School raised over $600 today from its Flowers for Sophia campaign.
