Harrison County man charged in peeping Tom case
A Harrison County man was jailed Monday after Harrison County deputies responded to a call about someone setting up a camera outside a bathroom window.
Gary Rhoads, 67, was charged with peeping Tom, a felony and taken to the Harrison County jail. His bond was set at $25,000 by Judge Nick Patano. He is awaiting an initial appearance. Rhoads bonded out the same day.
