Harrison County Fairgrounds Opening for Cruisers
For the first time in its history, the Harrison County Fairgrounds are getting in on Cruisin’ the Coast.
When Cruisin’ kicks off this weekend, the fairgrounds are opening up their grounds for cruisers. Any car lovers who need a place to park their RV’s are invited to do so at the fairgrounds.
For just $20 a day, cruisers can park their RV’s while also having access to power and water hookups. There are a limited amount of open spaces left.
If you’re already locked into a contract to keep your RV elsewhere, the fairgrounds can still help you out. Greg Whitfield with the Harrison County Fairgrounds said, “If you have a car hauler and you’re not staying there, you can bring your car hauler there and lodge it there for free of charge. We won’t charge anything for it. If your hotel you are staying at does not allow you to have your car hauler or your trailer, just bring it on out to the Harrison County Fairgrounds and we’ll keep it there, we’ll keep it safe for you until your duration here on the Gulf Coast.”
