Gulfport native Derick Hall agrees to contract extension with Seattle Seahawks
WXXV SPORTS- Gulfport native Derick Hall and the Seattle Seahawks have reached an agreement on a contract extension.
According to Adam Schefter, the deal is a three-year, $42 million extension. It could be worth up to $46.5 million and includes $21 million guaranteed, per his agents. He is now under contract until the 2029 season.
Hall had two sacks and a forced fumble in the Seahawks Super Bowl victory over the New England Patriots.
Hall graduated from Gulfport High School and was drafted by the Seahawks in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Auburn University.
