Gulfport Mayor Hugh Keating gives update on Channel South project

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- It’s one of the biggest projects in years along the Coast.

Channel South enjoys a prime location at the intersection of Highway 49 and 90 in Downtown Gulfport.

The $105 million complex will feature a hotel, apartments, retail, and parking garage.

The different elements will open in phases and is expected to be a real game changer in Gulfport and the entire Coast.
