Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System receive top marks in 2026 CMS report
The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is once again being recognized for top-quality care.
According to a report from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Biloxi-based system received a five-star overall hospital quality rating for 2026, matching last year’s top score.
The ratings are based on several categories, including patient safety, re-admissions, patient experience, and timely and effective care.
The VA says the recognition reflects the dedication of healthcare workers serving veterans across the Gulf Coast.
