Gulf Coast Galleria update

It’s a long time coming, but the City of D’Iberville is one step closer to building the Gulf Coast Galleria.

Rise Partners and Mandal’s Ramco Development are working together on the 80-acre site at the southwest quadrant of the intersection of I-10 and I-110.

The development will add more than 600,000 square feet of retail, entertainment, restaurant, office, and hospitality space.

The proposed shopping center was part of the design when Mississippi Department of Transportation spent $40 million redesigning that intersection. Part of D’Iberville Boulevard was renamed Galleria Parkway.

Construction is expected to start this summer and completion of phase one is planned for summer 2020.
