Gulf Coast Galleria developments in D’Iberville

The City of D’Iberville can expect huge development in the summer of 2019 with the Gulf Coast Galleria.

Development company Rise Partners entered into an agreement with Ramco Developments to start the project next summer. The galleria will have 600,000 square feet located on the southwest quadrant of Galleria Boulevard and I-10. The project will be a mixed use destination of retail, entertainment, restaurants, and hospitality space.

D’Iberville Mayor Rusty Quave tells News 25 the Galleria will add to the list of tourism spots to visit while on the Gulf Coast. “We are going to build this area. It’s going to be bigger because of all the casino activities and the tourism that’s picking up on the Gulf Coast we are going to add to the pie to give a person a full awareness of what’s going on the Gulf Coast and give them everything they have at one stop.”

The mayor is also putting a development plan together to connect the south and north half of the city along with CTA buses in order to travel the entire Gulf Coast.
