Ground Zero Museum to Host First Christmas Bazaar

The Ground Zero Museum in Waveland is hosting its first annual Christmas Bazaar event this weekend.

More than 20 local vendors will be selling their products at the museum. Everything from candles to seasonings and donated items will be on display. Officials hope this will become a yearly event, prompting even more events to take place at the museum.

Lili Stahler Murphy, Director of the Ground Zero Museum, says, “Mainly to let people know that the museum is here and that we’re open to have this place used a lot for residents and other people in the community.”

The event goes on until 8 p.m. Friday night and will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
