Governor Seeking Federal Disaster Help

Governor Phil Bryant is trying to get to Mississippi counties federal disaster assistance.
Yesterday Governor Bryant officially requested President Donald Trump declares the April 30th tornadoes in homes and Montgomery counties Disasters.
Bryant also asks Trump to approve assistance to governments and non profit utilities in nine counties.
Those funds could help pay to repair government property, remove debris and cover emergency worker overtime.
Other counties could be added later if Trump approves.
