George County teens arrested for burglaries, face felony charges

Two George County teens have been arrested on felony charges for commercial burglary.

Eighteen-year-old Coy White III and Jerry Martinez are in custody of George County Sheriff’s Office after a string of automobile and residential burglaries that occurred over the last several days. Several cars were broken into in the Rocky Creek Community last Thursday.

In all, items from eight vehicles were stolen that night. Multiple items were recovered after the suspects arrests, including weapons, electronics, and money reported stolen. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were also found on the suspects.

White is facing six felony charges consisting of commercial and residential burglaries while Martinez faces five counts of commercial burglary.
