Gautier man killed in crash on I-10 in Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- A 37-year-old Gautier man was killed Wednesday night in a crash in Jackson County.

According to Mississippi Highway Patrol, Thirty-seven-year-old Kirk Lowry of Gautier was driving a motorcycle east on I-10 in Jackson County when he collided with a vehicle also traveling east on I-10.

Lowry received fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene. The driver and passenger in the car did not receive any injuries from the crash.

This accident remains under investigation by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
