Gautier Amnesty Program begins today

The City of Gautier is offering a ‘get out of jail free’ pass for those who are willing to pay old fines in the month of March.

Starting today if you pay the balance in full with cash, all unpaid late fees will be removed and your warrants will be cleared.

Thanks to this new program, you have throughout the month of March to do this.

All you have to do is stop by during the entire month of March and pay your outstanding fines in full at the Gautier Municipal Court Building on Highway 90. “There are a number of active warrants. There are about 13,725 active warrants out there right now, just in the City of Gautier. Those amounts of those warrant fees are $4,480,000. There is almost around four and a half million dollars’ worth of outstanding warrants fees.”
