Free Tetanus Shots For Storm Victims

While residents in the Hattiesburg and petal area continue to pick up the pieces from this past weekend’s storms, the Mississippi department of health is doing its part to keep storm victims healthy.
The MSDH is offering a free tetanus shot vaccination for residents affected by Saturday’s tornadoes.
They recommend anyone who hasn’t received a shot in the last ten years or more to get the vaccination.

You can call your county health department clinic for hours of operation or visit the MSDH website at www.healthyms.com.
