Free Back to School Haircuts

This afternoon in Biloxi, Razor Sharp Cutz was cleaning up kids before they head back to school.
Here’s the best part: it was absolutely free. Parents were able to bring kids by for a trim and pick up some free school supplies to get prepared for the upcoming school year.
Biloxi City Councilman Felix Gines was in attendance, as well as Mayor Gilich. A Call to Action Nonprofit, Quantum Delta Institute, Positivekidsongs.com and Ink Slangas Tattoo Shop were among the sponsors for this event. “A gift back to our kids, the kids are going back to school. We also get a chance to talk to them, hang out with them and enjoy them a little bit. They get that fresh start, a positive start going back to school. This is the second year. I enjoy it because we get to talk to the kids, hang out with the kids. It’s gotten bigger and we want to continue this every year,” said Gines.
Councilman Gines offered to give a few kids haircuts today, his own signature style, but they politely declined.
