Former Quarterback Helps Tornado Victims
Louisiana tornado survivors are getting help from a former Saints quarterback and the Punctual Abstract Disaster Relief Group.
John Fourcade is living proof that you don’t have to be on the current New Orleans football roster to be considered a saint. The former Saints quarterback was at the Harrison County Jail this afternoon collecting supplies that the sheriff and the Harrison County warden helped gather. The supplies are being delivered to victims of the recent tornadoes in LaPlace, Louisiana. “I want to help people. If I got it, I’m going to help you. If I don’t have it then I’m going to try to find it to help you,” said Fourcade, “And that’s what I think, people should always try to help other people. Don’t just help them because you think they don’t need it, these people need it! They lost their house, they lost their home, and they lost family members. If I can put a smile on their face I will do the best I can.”
