Former Biloxi official Cliff Kirkland found guilty on nine counts of child molestation

Former Biloxi Official Cliff Kirkland was found guilty this afternoon on nine counts of child molestation.

Circuit Court Judge Larry Bourgeois sentenced the defendant to 35 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Kirkland faced nine criminal charges, accusing him of fondling three minor girls at his home in Biloxi from August 2013 to July 2017.
