Firefighters respond to house fire in Harrison County over the weekend

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Harrison County Fire Rescue and Combat Readiness Training Center both responded to a house fire Sunday night.

Authorities responded to the house on Highway 53. Both groups got the fire under control shortly after arrival.

One person and a dog escaped from the blaze.

At this time, the cause of the fire is undetermined.
