Felony Sexual Battery Arrest

A Saucier man is behind bars tonight on three felony counts of Sexual Battery. According to Sheriff Troy Peterson, on September 27th, parents of a juvenile victim reported sexual assault involving their 17 year old daughter with the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators were able to determine that when the victim was 14 years old, Carlton Harmon II had sexually assaulted her on three separate occasions.  After conducting interviews and collecting evidence, Harrison county deputies obtained a warrant on Harmon for three felony counts of Sexual Battery.  On October 1, 2019, Harmon was located in Saucier, where he was arrested and taken to the Harrison County Jail. Harmon is being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
