Feed My Starving Children project at Mosaic Church

The Mosaic Church community participated in a service project called Feed My Starving Children.

The goal of Feed My Starving Children is to turn hunger into hope by packing nutritious meals for hungry children around the world.

Packing events happen every weekend all across the United States and Mosaic Church has brought the fun to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Volunteers came in multiple shifts throughout the day to pack mannapack rice which has vitamins, veggies, soy, and rice.

This specific formula was created to combat malnutrition in hunger. Mobile Packing Supervisor Kristen Howard said, “It’s a packing party. It’s bringing communities together. Watching communities especially after the last couple of years and everything that’s gone on, being able to watch communities come together and let divisions fall away. Come and pack with a greater purpose.”

If you missed out on the fun tonight, you can join Mosaic packing parties both Saturday and Sunday.
