F.E.T.C.H Park opens in Long Beach

It was a fun time over the weekend for dogs and their owners in Long Beach.

The city’s new F.E.T.C.H Park held its official grand opening for the public. Organizations like Gulf Coast Search and Rescue came out to support the park. Everyone had the chance to enjoy live music and food as well.

The new park features separate areas for large and small dogs, as well as things like doggie water fountains and a rinse station. Sara Brisolara with F.E.T.C.H Park said, “It’s really just a great feeling just to see the park getting used and to know all the hard work that all of the volunteers have put into this park to see it get opened and used.”

The park is located off Daughtery Road and is open from dawn to dusk each day.
