Early Christmas dinner at Feed my Sheep

Christmas came early for some residents on the Coast and they got to enjoy a traditional Christmas meal.

Today, Feed my Sheep in downtown Gulfport hosted their annual Christmas dinner. This was a free meal to anyone in the community who was in need of one. Hundreds of people stopped by Feed my Sheep to enjoy ham, scalloped potatoes, and much more.

Officials at Feed my Sheep say they would not be able to feed the needy a meal like this without the help of the community. Feed my Sheep Executive Director Randy Brownlee said, “You know, our community here in Gulfport and the surrounding areas and even farther than the Gulf Coast support Feed my Sheep one hundred percent. We are actually funded one hundred percent through our donations from the community here on the Gulf Coast and the Coast is so generous. It is unbelievable.”

Feed my Sheep will not be open on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day so that employees and workers can spend time with their families.
