Drive-By Shooting Arrest

Biloxi police have arrested the men they believe are responsible for a drive-by shooting in the area of Judge Sekul Avenue and Bayly Drive earlier this week.
Twenty-two year-old Emanuel Chavez is accused of leaning out of a car window and firing multiple shots at three individuals Wednesday afternoon. The car was driven by 22-year-old Sammie Stallworth, who fled the scene after shots were fired.
Today, both men were arrested and booked. Chavez is charged with three counts of aggravated assault and is being held on a total of $300,000 in bond. Stallworth is charged with accessory after the fact.
No one was injured in the shooting.
