Debris reporting deadline in Gulfport is January 20th

The debris contractor Crowder Gulf will soon be completing their second pass to remove debris caused by Hurricane Zeta within Gulfport city limits.

Anyone who needs debris removed is asked to call the City of Gulfport customer service department at 311 or 228-868-5700 by January 20th to report it.

You’re asked to place debris in the city right-of-way at least six feet away from utility structures such as fire hydrants, water meters, or power lines.

Any debris that is not reported by January 20th at 5 p.m. will be picked up by Waste Pro on their normal pre-hurricane schedule which will begin on February 1st.
