Davian Atkinson enters accessory plea in the shooting death of Biloxi Officer Robert McKeithen
Another person has pleaded guilty in connection with the shooting death of Biloxi Police Officer Robert McKeithen.
Today, Davian Atkinson pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to capital murder, appearing before Harrison County Circuit Court Judge Christopher Schmidt.
Davian Atkinson faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $10,000. Davian is the brother of Darian Atkinson, who is being held without bond and is charged with capital murder and possibly facing the death penalty in the shooting death of Officer Robert McKeithen.
Just last week, three others charged in this case, Joshua Kovach, Dalentez Brice, and Wanya Atkinson, entered guilty pleas in connection to this case.
Davian Atkinson’s sentencing has been set for September 8th.
