Daughters of Faith Host Free Shoe Giveaway in Biloxi for those in Need

They’re not walking on water, but members of one local group are stepping out on faith.

And they’re living it out not walking in others’ shoes, but providing shoes for those less fortunate who don’t have any—or who need better shoes, especially with fall approaching.

The Daughters of Faith of South Mississippi will be hosting a free shoe giveaway tomorrow in Biloxi.

It will take place from 9 am to 1 pm at the old Virginia College location on Cedar Lake Road in Biloxi.

Members of the group have been collecting new and gently used shoes in all shapes and sizes since May.

Anyone who needs shoes can just show up and choose a pair.
