CSX plans maintenance work on Eisenhower Road crossing next week

CSX Railroad plans to close the rail crossing at Eisenhower Road at 5 a.m. Tuesday to begin maintenance work.

The plan is to re-open the road by 5 a.m. Wednesday, barring equipment or weather delays. The schedule is tentative, CSX said in a press release, and is subject to change.

Motorists are advised to plan an alternate route to avoid the area while work is ongoing.
