Crews respond to structure fire in Jackson County on Saturday

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)-Jackson County Fire Protection responded to a structure fire in St. Martin Saturday evening.

Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from the eaves and discovered fire in the kitchen area.

Occupants were safe upon arrival and an offensive attack was made to bring the fire under control a short time later.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
