Credit card fraud

An Ocean Springs woman is now behind bars for withdrawing $720 from the account of a quadriplegic citizen.

According to Ocean Springs police, further investigation revealed that the debit card was used to withdraw the funds on several occasions at different ATMs in Ocean Springs.

It was determined that the caretaker, Dusty Duncan, took their debit card to access the funds. Duncan is charged with four counts of credit card fraud and one count of exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

The bond for the credit card charges are set at $10,000 per count and the vulnerable adult bond is set at $50,000.
