Computer glitch sends out wrong water bills in Ocean Springs

If you’re an Ocean Springs resident and received your water bill for April there may have been a little confusion.
City officials say around 9,000 customers were given water bills from April 2016 instead of April 2017. Utility Supervisor Megan Boston tells News 25 a system failure on their billing software is what caused it and customers may have seen lower water bills than normal.
Boston says new water bills have been sent out and should arrive by Saturday.
