Coast Coliseum working to administer more COVID-19 vaccines

Gulf Coast residents are falling in line to receive their COVID vaccines.

The Coast Coliseum is now offering both first and second doses and they’re working hard to keep the Coast safe.

The National Guard stationed at the Coliseum is increasing staff to accommodate for more patients. Next week they are pushing to get 800 shots in arms each day.

This week, they were reaching 600 patients, administering 210 second dose COVID vaccines for those who qualify.

The National Guard wants to remind patients to beware of what county their appointment is scheduled for. The Coliseum is available for Harrison County appointments only.
