Coast Coliseum hosting events at full capacity

Governor Tate Reeves is allowing indoor and outdoor venues to reopen at full capacity.

The Coast Coliseum is loading their event calendar with festivals and fairs, concerts, and conventions.

Many concert and event dates are posted on the Coliseum website and even more will become available throughout the summer.

The coliseum is also preparing to host high school graduations again. Last year only seven high schools were allowed to walk across the stage at the Coliseum. Coast Coliseum Executive Director Matt McDonnell said, “We’re also able to do our graduations in full capacity. Last year we were really fortunate to be able to host seven high school graduations and those graduates got a semi normal experience by being able to graduate at the Coliseum and walk across the stage, reduced capacities yes. This year full capacities and all of our high schools will get to graduate under normal conditions.”
