A City Within A City

Biloxi planners have given initial approval to a development that could eventually have 14-thousand residents.
The Sun Herald reports the Biloxi Planning Commission voted 8-1 to approve the Belle La Vie Development on 626 acres north of interstate 10 in the rural Woolmarket area, which Biloxi has annexed.
A lawyer for the developers calls it a “city within a city.”
Biloxi currently has 44-thousand residents.
