Christmas on the Water Lights up The Great Lawn at Harrah’s Gulf Coast

This Saturday, the beautiful Mississippi Sound will once again host a parade of festively decorated boats for this year’s annual Christmas on the Water Boat Parade celebration.

The city’s holiday procession of boats decorated with holiday cheer will begin promptly at 6 p.m. and travel along casino row. Harrah’s Gulf Coast will welcome guests young and old starting at 4:30 p.m. to enjoy the festivities from The Great Lawn, the resort’s new entertainment lawn and boardwalk. Attendees will delight with offerings of complimentary hot chocolate and coffee to stay warm as they take in the splendor of the seasonal event.

Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets for their comfort. For safety and efficiency, attendees are advised to park in the east garage and access the outdoor venue using the east pedestrian cross walk to avoid the traffic on Highway 90.

The Great Lawn will offer observers picturesque views of the night’s display of festively adorned boats and closing firework display. While the outdoor event venue encourages all to come and have a fun-filled night, fireworks and all other pyrotechnic devices will not be permitted on The Great Lawn in order to ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety as we observe this beloved annual holiday event.
