Charged with sexual battery and kidnapping of a child under 14

Two South Mississippi women are arrested in connection with a missing teen from Hattiesburg.
The missing 13-year-old was found safe in Biloxi yesterday and reunited with her parents. The teen’s aunt, 38-year-old Shannon Hinton of Hattiesburg, was arrested along with 23-year-old Natalie Lett of Gulfport.
They are each charged with one count of sexual battery and kidnapping. They’re being held in the Forrest County Regional Jail as the investigation continues.
