CASA of Harrison County Second Annual Giftwrap Extravaganza
Santa has made his way to Gulfport today as Barnes and Noble teamed up with CASA of Harrison County for their second annual Gift Wrap Extravaganza.
CASA has continued to spread awareness for child neglect and abuse throughout the holiday season by gift wrapping gifts for a small donation.
CASA advocate Debra Foster says Barnes and Noble’s contribution and the community’s response has been phenomenal. “We are out here today at Barnes and Noble to spread awareness about the neglected and abused children in our area. We will be gift wrapping from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. Santa and a lot of our CASA advocates are here to participate. Barnes and Noble actually did a book drive for us and we collected over a thousand books for children in need. So come out, get your presents wrapped and learn about CASA Harrison County and how we help children.”
If you need last minute gift wrapping, CASA will be at Barnes and Noble off of Highway 49 until 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
